The Commons on Grand is a food hall on Grand Boulevard in downtown New Port Richey, Florida. We sit right along the waterfront near Orange Lake and Sims Park, and the building has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. When we opened our doors, the idea was simple: bring a few great local businesses together under one roof so people had a real reason to spend time downtown.
Today, three locally owned businesses call The Commons home. Cotee River Creamery scoops hand crafted ice cream made in small batches. Infusion Brewing Co. brews craft beers on site, from hoppy IPAs to smooth wheat ales. And Backdraughts Pizza has been turning out fresh dough and family recipes for over six years. Each one runs its own operation, but they all share the same building and the same goal of giving people in Pasco County and the greater Tampa Bay area a place worth coming back to.
We are family friendly and pet friendly, so bring the whole crew. There is plenty of parking, and on a nice day you can see the water from the building. Folks stop by for lunch, grab a beer after work, or bring the kids for ice cream on the weekend. We are right in the middle of everything downtown, so it is easy to pair a visit with a walk through Sims Park or a look around the shops on Main Street. This is a gathering spot for the community, and that is exactly what we set out to build.

The Commons on Grand is a place where everyone is welcome, including your four legged friends. Families come from all over Pasco County because the atmosphere is relaxed and the food options work for all ages. Kids love the ice cream, parents love the craft beer, and well behaved pets are always part of the scene. It is an easy spot to spend a couple of hours without worrying about keeping everyone happy.

Downtown New Port Richey has been around since the 1920s, and our building on Grand Boulevard carries some of that history with it. The block is full of small shops, galleries, and local businesses that give the area its character. When you visit The Commons, you are not just stopping in for food. You are stepping into a neighborhood that has been the heart of this community for over a hundred years.
